What should I check before ordering a product again?
Confirm the current seller rather than assuming it is the same provider. Ask about an unexplained difference rather than assuming it is only cosmetic.
What should I compare when the same seller offers a product through different channels?
Check whether availability differs between the two channels. Check whether promotional conditions apply only to one channel.
How should I assess customer reviews before making a purchase?
Customer images can add context but do not replace confirmed specifications. An unusually negative account should be considered alongside its details and other evidence.
